This planner shows standard dose-escalation ladders for common semaglutide and tirzepatide products.
It can extend each non-maintenance step and convert the mg dose at each step into U-100 syringe units using a chosen concentration.
How it works
Method
Load the built-in titration ladder
Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Zepbound each map to a hardcoded ladder of four-week dose steps.
Maintenance steps are clearly marked, and you can optionally stop the ladder at a chosen custom target dose.
Method
Convert each step into syringe units
Once concentration is entered, each mg step is converted into units using the same U-100 formula as the forward dose calculators.
That makes the titration ladder easier to translate into a vial-and-syringe workflow.

Units per step = (Dose mg ÷ Concentration mg/mL) × 100
Extended titration adds 4 weeks to each non-maintenance step
Example
Wegovy at 2.5 mg/mL -> 0.25 mg equals 10.0 units.
Mounjaro at 10 mg/mL -> 5.0 mg equals 50.0 units.
Assumptions and limitations
